An alert was issued by police regarding 21-year-old Landon Von Darnell, who went missing from his home on Tenbury Court in the Bristow area of on Oct. 1.
At the time, police said that he was "believed to be missing under voluntary circumstances and may be in need of assistance which qualifies him as endangered."
On Wednesday, Oct. 2, the Prince William County Police Department reported that Darnell was found dead in the Sperryville area, where he was believed to have been traveling.
The investigation into his death, though detectives said there are no signs of foul play or need for public concern.
No details about his death have been released by the police.
